I've had the queen adjustable bed frame which I've really enjoyed. Until I can't get it to work while the foot and head are almost fully in up position. And after checking everything it may be "just" the remote. Except replacement remote is around $150. And I tried calling the number in manual but after 47 minutes on hold I gave up. Now apparently Serta doesn't offer them on their own website. So I'm off to Amazon and hopefully theirs will really work on my very at bed.

This is a wonderful bed frame. It has a remote to adjust head and feet separately. It goes together easily. It is heavy, but it provides comfort and support like no other. It is perfect for sleeping with the head raised to relieve symptoms of sinus drainage, COPD breathing problems, and the foot adjustment helps so much with those pesky leg cramps and swelling. I bought it in December of 2021 and I have been pleased ever since. It still works great and requires no maintenance. Buy it -- you'll love it.

quit working in less than 3 weeks

Purchased the motion air base online in May. Had to wait until mid July for delivery. The base has quit working in less than 3 weeks time. I called customer support and have to start a warranty claim. Hopefully the claim process will not take as long as the initial delivery.

After about 5 months the remote became unpaired from the control box. I have spent the last 6 months trying to get support from Serta and Sam's Club as well as trying every pairing technique I found online. Sam's Club says to bring the whole base back. Serta says talk to Sam's Club. No one is interested in helping. I've even looked for a replacement controller and remote online. Can't find the controller and $$$$$ for a simple remote with no guarantee it will pair with the controller.

Frame looks flimsy

Frame looks and feels kinda flimsy and week, when I first received the shipment for the frame I thought I was missing parts to this frame. Overall it was easy to assemble but when I was placing it together it look kinda weak structurally. The controls over all are quite simple use without any referencing back to the manual. If I would chose this type of a frame again, I would probably purchase one of the original manufacture's higher end bed frames

We were really excited about having an adjustable base and were happy it could be delivered. The box was VERY large and extremely heavy though. My husband put it together mostly by himself but felt the instructions could have been a little clearer. However, after an hour of working on it, we found that the motors didn't work at all. We went through all of the trouble shooting instructions in the manual, as well as looking online for help, but nothing worked. So now, we have a very heavy flat base. It does support the mattress well, and there is storage underneath, but we could have got that from a standard platform base for less.

How have I gone so long without knowing about these adjustable frames!? It works perfectly with our Serta Memory Gel Foam mattress! The frame is HEAVY!!! So make sure you have some help bringing it it. It is definitely sturdy and quality made materials. Setup was not too difficult and took about an hour. I actually found a setup video online that was very easy to follow along with. I'm super impressed with the different positions you can put the mattress in once you get it on the frame. I am having surgery in a couple of weeks and I can't tell you how excited I am to have these features. It will make getting up and out of bed so much easier and less painful! My husband and I both have back issues so this will definitely be moved upstairs to our master after I recover! Even just for sitting up in bed to watch TV this is amazing! Everyone that has come over has to play around with and gets super jealous lol. I'm so glad we got this and am highly recommend it to everyone!!!

I expected this mattress frame to be light given the picture, but it is very heavy. That being said, it comes in boxes of appropriate size, making it manageable to maneuver around your home or apartment to put it wherever you want! It lifts up and down which is great to give the zero gravity-like effect that I always hear about to help provide relief to your joints. I can't wait to see how long it lasts with the mattress I got for it. I put it at 4 stars and not 5 because it is not the most stylish bed and it is low to the ground, which means not a lot of room for storage.

I really love this base! I can lift up to watch TV in bed with the remote control, or I have reflux or just want to sleep at an incline! The foot can be raised as well which I love because it helps with swelling and circulation. Assembly was kind of horrid. I bruised my knees up pretty good because there's really no good way to put it together without needing to be closer to the middle, and at times I had to rest my knees on the metal bars. I have had no issues since I put it together though, and I feel I will be using this for a long time to come.

This is our first adjustable bed. We wanted one for support for acid reflux and the ability to lay in bed and comfortably watch TV. We will always have one now! We didn't know what we were missing! This adjustable bed makes a world of difference in my acid reflux. It keeps me at a height that means I am not waking up suffering and has made a big difference in my daily life. It also keeps my partner from snoring! A benefit we didn't even anticipate! Upon arrival, this base is HEAVY. Definitely two people needed for relocation and unboxing. I would suggest a quick look up of a how to set up video. While the directions are quite thorough, the visuals helped us immensely. No speciality tools, just straight forward matching of colors, pins, and tabs. It did take us an hour or so, but we took our time to make sure we would only need to do it once. The leg height settings are adjustable, making it fit our existing wood frame possible. Something we were much worried about as it matches our bedroom set. We paired it with a 10" Serta mattress and it works flawlessly. Remote operation is simple and we are highly enjoying the quiet and fluid motion while it adjusts. I would highly recommend!

This is something that I didn't even know I needed. Set up was easy enough. I expected harder but it also wasn't a piece of cake, but it is worth it. It was always hard to get comfortable watching movies or reading in bed. Pillows can only do so much and they tend to go flat easily. This is also great to have if you are feeling under the weather. Laying flat in the bed can be hurtful to your back if you are doing it all day so this helps on your off days.

This adjustable base was easy to assemble with one of the best instruction manuals I've seen. The pages had pictures and instructions that were easy to follow. All the parts were neatly attached to the frame with zip ties so they wouldn't scratch the frame up. The base itself just folds into place and the assembling of the motorized parts is simple and fast. The base came with 4 stacks for each side so you can adjust the height of your bed to your comfort. The motion is smooth and soundless. The remote is simple to use and the only thing I had to do was put the batteries in that were included. The base is simple, it's functional, it's soundless and easy to assemble. I love it!

Finally a bed frame that lets you do more than lay flat. It has a wireless remote that moves the head and foot section at the same time or separately. There is an emergency power outage backup too. The height can be from 3" to 12" off the floor because of the leg segment feature, you choose the height. The instructions are easy to understand, and have a small amount of assembly.

The serta motion air came in neatly packed box, it was easy to assemble, the instruction manual had everything in detail and there was only few attachments needed for assembly, most part came assembled. The quality was amazing , very sturdy. The remote came with battery and they also provide a power cord to use in case there is no electricity, battery back up. The head and foot both reclines individually , and returns back to normal when not needed. The metal is very sturdy and heavy. It's queen size and would be comfortable only for 2 adults . Best and so comfortable for sleep . I definitely would recommend this, I have made a video on assembly and after assembly. I have given you tube link, so you know how it's working. Overall , I am happy with this buy

I love my Serta Motion Air Adjustable Base. I've slept so much better with this. I've definitely noticed a difference. I've always wanted a base that moved. When adjusting the base the motor runs smoothly and quietly. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. You definitely need two people to set this up. This adjustable base goes with the Serta Perfect Sleeper® 10" Memory Foam Mattress with HexCloud™ Gel. I'm definitely impressed with this product and my body is very happy with the comfortable end results.

This is a good product, it was fairly easy to setup and the adjustments are good and work well. The comfort is increased meaningfully (dramatically for some, eg. if you have a post nasal drip).
The only thing i would point out is to pay attention to your frame and headboard - they may not be compatible or convenient with this base

This totally changed the way we sleep, the remote makes it so easy to adjust whether you want to be lying down or upright, can also move leg position which I found so wonderful due to my legs always being sore. This works so smoothly and is made with such great quality, definitely need two people setting up! Totally recommend for anyone looking for an adjustable frame!!!

This adjustable base provides only the basics and that was exactly what my back needed after a long day. I like to unwind in bed by reading and it is so nice to be able to lift the head of the bed a bit so I am more comfortable. I have also found that by lifting the foot of the bed, my hip pain can be temporarily relieved. So far, I am very happy with the support and comfort this base has provided and I am looking forward to having it for several years to come.

Serta's Air Adjustable Base is worth every penny. First off it is super easy and very quick to assemble.It is a very sturdy and stable base and it does take 2 People to flip it after it has been assembled. I love that you can adjust the height of the bed easily and quickly.Now let's talk about how this base has changed my sleepless nights into blissfulness. I have tingling in my feet constantly and I cant rest especially at night. Well, guess what I have been raising the bottom of the bed some when I sleep and it has helped so much. I am not being woken up with aching legs anymore. I also wake up every night with heartburns and I snore really bad by being able to have my head raised also at night. I have not woken my self with my snores or heartburns. I am actually sleeping all night.I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review to the product.

I wasn't sure how I would like this new adjustable base from Serta but I've been absolutely blown away at how awesome it is! It was super simple to put together and I love being able to adjust the bed so that I can be as comfortable as possible when I read at night before going to sleep. This adjustable base is very sturdy and comfortable. It was very easy to assemble right out of the box. The instructions were easy to follow and very clear on how to assemble the base. It will require two people to get it out of the box, one person to assemble, and then two people to flip it over to its legs. It comes with a remote and you can control the head or feet separately, or the head and feet together. The remote is very handy to have and make adjusting the base easy. The base also comes with a bracket to keep the mattress in place while adjusting the base so the mattress stays in place and doesn't slide around. The legs can be adjusted to different heights so your base isn'ttoo high or low to the floor. I would recommend this adjustable base to anyone in the market for one. Very sturdy and well made.

I have been wanting one of these for awhile now. The bed adjusts up and down a lot. I love being able to sleep with my feet slightly elevated. Nights when I have heartburn I just raise the back some. Now that I can get comfortable I sleep so much better! If you have a tv in your bedroom get ready for comfort while watching! On a side not the bed is on the heavy side.
You'll probably want two people to lift it and assemble it. Assembly is pretty easy , but the weight makes it a bit tricky.

I got this to go with the new memory foam mattress that I just got. First off let me say that I was very thankful that everything was color coded. This made it so much easier to put together. I was also very impressed with how quiet it is when you adjust the head of the bed. It seems quite sturdy which is a good thing when my 100 plus pound dog come running at full speed to jump on the bed.

The Serta Motion Air Adjustable base was simple to set up. The motors are color-coded to aid In the assembly. The most challenging part was turning it over with legs attached. Do not attempt this by yourself. Once the mattress was on top, the adjustable head and foot settings make for a very comfortable rest. The legs are adjustable in three-inch increments by adding or removing the screw-in sections. Be sure to use the supplied cable ties for the motor cabling, so cords do not get pinched or sheered. The included remote (with batteries) made adjusting a breeze! The instructions were clear and straightforward to follow. Overall, a five out of five rating.
