I bought this mattress about 1 month ago. Delivery was fairly quick. Nicely wrapped and delivered to my bedroom. This mattress is excellent for someone with orthopedic issues. There is no saggy. It keeps my body aligned but is plush enough to not feel like cement. Love it! Highly recommend & definitely worth the $$.

Purchased an Ultimate Plush because we like a very plush mattress. I'm a 140 lb side sleeper with scoliosis. My husband is 210. The top inch was plush/soft then it was like a foam brick. My hips & my husband's shoulder would go numb. We tried adding a 2-inch topper which helped a little, but we still weren't in alignment and tossed & turned all night. We also snored more. We returned it after 3 weeks.

Mattress was incredibly hard to be a plush model. Also the cover didn't have any Serta emblems. Just had a sticky piece of paper as a tag. Very suspect. Not cooling what so ever. Returning this bad boy if we could ever get up with somebody. They haven't not responded by email.

I switched back to Serta and am very happy that I did. For people wondering if you can put a Serta Twin XL in place of a split King Sleep Number, you definitely can with no issues.

Had this bed years ago (with the adjustable base) before moving to NYC and sold it, thinking it may not fit in an NYC apartment (reasonable assumption to start). My cheap replacement was useless within a year and a half (foam compressed and was no longer supportive), so I decided to get this one again. I recently endured 5 herniated discs from an accident. Therefore, I need a firm mattress to keep my back from slouching, aligned and healthy. This mattress does the job. The mattress is pretty firm when it comes in and needs a little bit of breaking into. I do not mind that at all since I have always slept on firm surfaces with nothing but a tatami mat. Firm helps keep better posture and I'm all for the health of my spine. I can tell that the mattress slowly begins to form to my weight but provides cushion for the pressure points. Due to stress and the accident I weigh a bit more than I'm used to, fluctuating at about 180-190 lbs at 5'7. I really needed an sturdy mattress and I'm glad I saved for it and the adjustable base. The adjustable base is very comfortable and easy to set up. When I get home from work, I just work some more on my laptop and being able to get at an upright sitting position without hunching my back means everything to me. I know it's a pretty pricey and not many can afford such. I had to save for a couple of years in order to purchase it, and I don't have children or dependents. We spend a huge portion of our lives sleeping and need to invest in such. You get what you pay for, but I really do wish it were more affordable for others.

We have the standard king size and it's true to size.
The mattress is perfectly plush. I cannot feel movement around me as it's extremely sturdy.

I have been in the market for a new bed for some time now. I like something that's comfortable, but not too soft or hard. This bed is one of the most comfortable mattresses I've slept on. It feels like a hotel bed it's so soft. I feel like it's very breathable, and I don't get too hot sleeping in it. I have hip issues and I'm able to sleep very comfortably on this.

Before this mattress I would wake up with back pain almost daily but since I started using this mattress my back feels so much better. I love that it's a foam mattress. I previously had a bed in a box type of memory foam mattress. The kind that you pull out of a little box and in 24 hours you have a queen sized square of foam with a mattress cover. I liked it because most mattresses show the indentation where you sleep most and this one didn't do that. It always filled back out. After seven years, I'm waking up sore, not sleeping well, and was offered this mattress. I really pondered, but decided I would give it a try, besides I was quite certain they had to gotten better through the years. They did!! I haven't slept this good in a loooong time! I don't hurt when I wake up, and most importantly I didn't sweat like I was with that other mattress! We will see how it stands up to the rest of time, but for now, I'm enjoying every restful minute!

The Serta iComfortECO mattress is great for those that prefer to sleep cool as do I. When you lay on it, it feels cool and comfortable. The one I have is a queen size and measures 60"w x 80"l x 13.5"h. It is labeled as plush, but it does not sink down at all, it's pretty supportive. I have to have mattresses just right for my back to NOT hurt and this one I haven't woken up in any back pain. My mattress protector and sheets fit perfectly over the mattress. It's different than any other I have slept on. The material on the top of the mattress is very soft to the touch. The only thing I have to say that if you're shopping for a mattress, don't let "plush" and "pillow top" confuse you because they are completely different.
