I bought this mattress about 1 month ago. Delivery was fairly quick. Nicely wrapped and delivered to my bedroom. This mattress is excellent for someone with orthopedic issues. There is no saggy. It keeps my body aligned but is plush enough to not feel like cement. Love it! Highly recommend & definitely worth the $$.

I bought this mattress for my girlfriend. She LOVES it and she told me it's the most comfortable mattress she's ever owned or used. At just $1,200 on sale, this full-sized mattress was also a full-sized fantastic deal! I told her that the mattress is returnable for 120 days and before I even finished the sentence she said, "They're not getting it back!"

Not as firm as my last iComfort (2013), but still comfortable. Also wish mattress had handles as it is very heavy and awkward to move when turning it.

Purchased an Ultimate Plush because we like a very plush mattress. I'm a 140 lb side sleeper with scoliosis. My husband is 210. The top inch was plush/soft then it was like a foam brick. My hips & my husband's shoulder would go numb. We tried adding a 2-inch topper which helped a little, but we still weren't in alignment and tossed & turned all night. We also snored more. We returned it after 3 weeks.

Mattress was incredibly hard to be a plush model. Also the cover didn't have any Serta emblems. Just had a sticky piece of paper as a tag. Very suspect. Not cooling what so ever. Returning this bad boy if we could ever get up with somebody. They haven't not responded by email.

We have had our new mattress for about a week. It is very firm but that is what we wanted. I believe it will break in nicely. My back pain is significantly better each day. We are happy with our purchase.

I bought this mattress about a month ago and love it. Prior to this, I had a Sleep Number and could not ever find a setting that worked for me, a back sleeper. I switched back to Serta and am very happy that I did. For people wondering if you can put a Serta Twin XL in place of a split King Sleep Number, you definitely can with no issues.

I recently endured 5 herniated discs from an accident. Therefore, I need a firm mattress to keep my back from slouching, aligned and healthy. This mattress does the job. The mattress is pretty firm when it comes in and needs a little bit of breaking into. I do not mind that at all since I have always slept on firm surfaces with nothing but a tatami mat. Firm helps keep better posture and I'm all for the health of my spine. I can tell that the mattress slowly begins to form to my weight but provides cushion for the pressure points. Due to stress and the accident I weigh a bit more than I'm used to, fluctuating at about 180-190 lbs at 5'7. I really needed an sturdy mattress and I'm glad I saved for it and the adjustable base. The adjustable base is very comfortable and easy to set up. When I get home from work, I just work some more on my laptop and being able to get at an upright sitting position without hunching my back means everything to me. I know it's a pretty pricey and not many can afford such. I had to save for a couple of years in order to purchase it, and I don't have children or dependents. We spend a huge portion of our lives sleeping and need to invest in such. You get what you pay for, but I really do wish it were more affordable for others.

Finally! A high quality, durable, and dependable mattress that is superb in every way! If you're like me and are looking to elevate your sleep routine then look no further! The iComfortECO Mattress is totally on point and feels amazing! I got the F30LTX Firm - Size Queen and am so happy I did because it makes me look forward to going to sleep! I find that I sleep better and for longer intervals. I have no pains, aches, or stiffness and I feel well rested when I wake up too! I'm 5'8 & weigh 176 lbs and am a side & back sleeper. I've slept on both sides of this mattress as well as in the middle for the past few months now and must say I'm very impressed with how wonderful this bed truly is! Overall I give this mattress two great big thumbs way up and would definitely recommend it!

Received new Serta mattress May 15, 2023: Delivery men were top-of-the-Line: efficient, professional, very polite & focused on their job. BTW, Please resend a review form for them. Your company should know how great these 2 men and the sales rep from whom I purchased my mattress were. 5 stars!

The iComfortECO F30LTX Firm mattress in Queen size is an excellent option for those looking for a comfortable and supportive sleeping surface. The Firm mattress level has finally provided me with excellent support for my back and spine and I am finally waking up without feeling achy. The cooling technology was something I had never previously tried, and I am amazed how well it helps regulate body temperature. I am not waking up hot or cold. This mattress has definitely made my sleep better.

We are very pleased and satisfied with the iComfortECO F30LTX Firm mattress. We have it for a month and it has been very comfortable. We preferred the firm mattress - it has enough softness/plushness for our needs. The mattress also is not too thick or too high, easy to climb into.

Serta is my favorite mattress brand. At least, 3 over 5 mattresses in my house are Serta brand. I love this brand because of its high quality mattress that last forever. And it definitely not disappoint when I got this new mattress. However, I can clearly see many differences from this new mattress. The most obvious is it's super thick and heavy. As soon as I finish setting up, the kids jump on it right away. Not matter how much they bounce, the mattress still very sturdy. I love the new cooling technology that I can feel it as soon as I lie down. I feel extremely comfortable and can't describe how much I love this new mattress.

Absolutely one of the best mattresses we have ever used. This mattress is currently in our guest bedroom and it even more comfortable than our master bedroom (high end, leading manufacturer). I tend to use fall asleep quicker and my back problems have subsided. This is the firm unit from iComfort, so if you like your mattress firm this is the way to go. This rivals all leading brands we have tried, you will not be disappointed. We will be purchasing a King next time for our master! Heavy, top quality, built to last.

She has endometriosis and sometimes her days are in bed because of the pain in her back or all over her body and this is the best thing for her . It's made up of three layers of foam (with pressure-relieving foam on top and more dense, supportive foam on the bottom), but there's also a "hybrid" variation with cutouts in the foam to mimic the flexibility and responsiveness of coils.

This is probably as hard has sleeping on a stone bed. I couldn't use this thing. You DO NOT 'sink' into this. You do not 'float' on this. You simply are there to exsist on this bed. It is so firm I couldn't believe this is only considered a FIRM! I couldn't lay on it long enough to test out the cooling effect of this. Gave it to my kid and she seems to really enjoys it so guess that's something. Way way to firm for me. Glad I didn't throw my other mattress out yet!

I got this mattress about 3 weeks ago, and its very comfortable. The thickness has been great, and it stays firm yet comfortable as soon as you lay down. It is a cooling mattress, but I wish it kept me a little cooler. I sleep kind of hot, and that's always an issue for me. Other than that, its been a great mattress.

We were upgrading mattresses and decided to give this product a try. Due to the nature of construction, this mattress requires a complementary bed frame that fully supports the bottom of the mattress. Packaging was very good and workmanship is excellent. This mattress provides a firm support along with a cushioned support with its memory foam top. Unlike many memory foam mattresses, this product appears to allow your body to breathe.

I share my bed with a partner and my dog. I do not feel them moving around anymore. On my first night, I was nervous that I would not sleep because the bed was firmer than what I am used to but I went right to sleep and did not wake once. Serta is the best for mattresses. This bed is the most comfortable . I am impressed with the comfort this provides. I have always slept on super soft beds, that you sink into. But this memory foam is a game changer! A soft bed may be nice, but I can feel a supportive bed help my back. I would what about this mattress.

I don't know where to begin with this Serta iComfortECO mattress. From the moment it was put onto our bed, I have been in 7th Heaven! This Firm mattress is just that, firm. It feels so good when I lay down on it. It is somewhat hard to explain but that firmness turns to comfort right away. It is very well made! I am a person who wakes up sweaty during the night. I have noticed a big difference with this in not being nearly as warm. I used to toss and turn during the night with our old mattress but with this iComfortECO I have not! That is a big plus for me! I love the look of the higher mattress. If you are considering buying this mattress, don't hesitate. If you like a comfortable firmness in a mattress, this is the one!

We ser this matttrss up in the our bedroom and it was light enough for 2 people to handle. I think I had the best nights sleep ever. It is super comfortable and soft but yet nice and firm so it won't cause an indention in the mattrress. It has helped my bacl tremendously and I no longer wake up in the morning with a sore back.
