I bought this mattress about 1 month ago. Delivery was fairly quick. Nicely wrapped and delivered to my bedroom. This mattress is excellent for someone with orthopedic issues. There is no saggy. It keeps my body aligned but is plush enough to not feel like cement. Love it! Highly recommend & definitely worth the $$.

I bought this mattress for my girlfriend. She LOVES it and she told me it's the most comfortable mattress she's ever owned or used. At just $1,200 on sale, this full-sized mattress was also a full-sized fantastic deal! Purchased an Ultimate Plush because we like a very plush mattress. I'm a 140 lb side sleeper with scoliosis. My husband is 210. The top inch was plush/soft then it was like a foam brick. My hips & my husband's shoulder would go numb. We tried adding a 2-inch topper which helped a little, but we still weren't in alignment and tossed & turned all night. We also snored more. We returned it after 3 weeks.

Mattress was incredibly hard to be a plush model. Also the cover didn't have any Serta emblems. Just had a sticky piece of paper as a tag. Very suspect. Not cooling what so ever. Returning this bad boy if we could ever get up with somebody. They haven't not responded by email.

I bought this mattress about a month ago and love it. Prior to this, I had a Sleep Number and could not ever find a setting that worked for me, a back sleeper. I switched back to Serta and am very happy that I did. For people wondering if you can put a Serta Twin XL in place of a split King Sleep Number, you definitely can with no issues.

I recently endured 5 herniated discs from an accident. Therefore, I need a firm mattress to keep my back from slouching, aligned and healthy. This mattress does the job. The mattress is pretty firm when it comes in and needs a little bit of breaking into. I do not mind that at all since I have always slept on firm surfaces with nothing but a tatami mat. Firm helps keep better posture and I'm all for the health of my spine. I can tell that the mattress slowly begins to form to my weight but provides cushion for the pressure points. Due to stress and the accident I weigh a bit more than I'm used to, fluctuating at about 180-190 lbs at 5'7. I really needed an sturdy mattress and I'm glad I saved for it and the adjustable base. The adjustable base is very comfortable and easy to set up. When I get home from work, I just work some more on my laptop and being able to get at an upright sitting position without hunching my back means everything to me. I know it's a pretty pricey and not many can afford such. I had to save for a couple of years in order to purchase it, and I don't have children or dependents. We spend a huge portion of our lives sleeping and need to invest in such. You get what you pay for, but I really do wish it were more affordable for others.

A couple of things to note about this mattress. Number one - for a "medium" mattress, this is VERY firm. I would classify this as a firm mattress, personally. I added a gel memory foam mattress topper, and I have been sleeping very well, but without it I may have found it to be a little too firm. The second thing to note about this mattress is its size. It is much taller than I am used to! I mentioned adding the topper, but even without it, this mattress is much higher than my previous one. Otherwise, it fits my queen frame perfectly. It seems to be very high quality and it is cool and breathable. I would recommend it but would go down a level on your typical firmness preference.

I was a little worried about the memory foam because I've tried toppers and you sink in and I didn't like them. I got this in plush and it's pretty firm considering but I wouldn't say overly firm. The foam presses but doesn't flatten under your body weight so you don't have yourself sinking into the bed. I find it's comfortable but I need a pillow between my legs for hip/back support. If I don't use it my back aches when I wake up. I will say my favorite feature is that it doesn't get hot quick, actually feels cool so I'm not sweating. Love it. Overall I'm satisfied with the mattress.

I got the Serta - iComfortECO™ F40HD Medium and it is amazing. It came with white glove delivery and set up. They took my old mattress away and brought this one up and put it in place. The mattress is made very well and it never gets too hot. It is so comfortable and after only a few days I was used to sleeping on it and my back and neck started feeling better. The mattress is really thick and heavy. I thought my sheets would slip off because it is so thick but they stay on, they are just a bit small. I would recommend this mattress to anyone who has a hard time sleeping, has any body aches or gets too hot. This mattress is perfect.

Let me start by saying, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BED! It's so COMFORTABLE!!!! I seriously hate waking up and getting out if this bed its so comfy! I love that it also had the cooling factor. This bed is the best ! It's soft yet not to soft to where it's not comfortable. It's so amazing! My husband is also a huge fan of this bed and says he loves it as well! I highly and definitely recommend. I sleep mainly on my sides and it's super comfortable and even laying on my back super comfortable. I give this bed 10 stars! Have had this mattress for about a month now, and it's so comfortable. I don't need to put a plush topper on top. The medium support is perfect for me because if it's too hard or soft, I get back pain when I wake up in the morning. I really like that it uses recycle materials. It also came nicely packaged, but not rolled up.

This mattress is amazing. It's so comfortable. We got a medium hardness as I like a firm mattress and my husband likes soft. This is a happy medium for the both of us. It's a very thick mattress so it raised our bed a few inches but both of us have no problem with the height difference. We both have had a great night's sleep since we started sleeping on this mattress.

This mattress is made with high quality material. It is firm, yet provides supports in the right places for a comfortable all night sleep on your side or back. You can move around on one side of the mattress without disturbing the person on the other side. The mattress maintains a comfortable temperature all night. The only thing to be aware of is that the fitted sheet needs to be at least 14" deep in order to accommodate the depth of this mattress.

Wow! I have never owned an iComfort mattress before but so glad that I took the plunge! This is hands down the most comfortable mattress I have ever laid on. The medium firmness is just enough and the perfect balance between firm and soft. I love how thick the mattress is and how much height it gives my bed while still fitting every sheet set I already owned. I can tell that the materials are super high quality and that this mattress will last a very long time without sinking and sagging. The fact that it is made of recycled materials also makes me feel good about reducing my carbon footprint!

This mattress is very comfortable... it worked great on my platform bed. The mattress conforms to your body when you move and does not distribute motion to your partner. I like that it is cool and I don't have to cover and uncover because I am hot. Sleeping is so much easier. I stay asleep longer and wake up rested.

I really didn't think I would sleep much differently with a new mattress, but boy, was I wrong! With this new mattress, I fall asleep so much faster. Most importantly, I stay asleep throughout the night without waking up hot, or feeling the need to adjust to be comfortable. The quality is amazing, and I love the fact that it's made from recycled fibers, too. I can't believe what a difference it has made in my sleep patterns. I wake up well rested and my back isn't sore. So pleased with this Serta and can't wait to enjoy it for years to come. When it comes time to purchase a new mattress, I won't buy anything but a Serta!

We've been sleeping on this mattress for a few weeks now, and it is heavenly. My spouse and I are both sleeping better, falling asleep faster, and staying asleep at night. Compared to our old mattress, this one is a serious upgrade. It's firm but conforms beautifully to our bodies and offers the right amount of support. Our sheets all fit well, and the mattress itself looks great. I hope it lasts us ten years we love it so much. It's supposed to sleep cool, but I haven't noticed a difference in that regard.
