I bought this mattress about 1 month ago. Delivery was fairly quick. Nicely wrapped and delivered to my bedroom. This mattress is excellent for someone with orthopedic issues. There is no saggy. It keeps my body aligned but is plush enough to not feel like cement. Love it! Highly recommend & definitely worth the $$.

I bought this mattress for my girlfriend. She LOVES it and she told me it's the most comfortable mattress she's ever owned or used. At just $1,200 on sale, this full-sized mattress was also a full-sized fantastic deal! Purchased an Ultimate Plush because we like a very plush mattress. I'm a 140 lb side sleeper with scoliosis. My husband is 210. The top inch was plush/soft then it was like a foam brick. My hips & my husband's shoulder would go numb. We tried adding a 2-inch topper which helped a little, but we still weren't in alignment and tossed & turned all night. We also snored more. We returned it after 3 weeks.

Mattress was incredibly hard to be a plush model. Also the cover didn't have any Serta emblems. Just had a sticky piece of paper as a tag. Very suspect. Not cooling what so ever. Returning this bad boy if we could ever get up with somebody. They haven't not responded by email.

I bought this mattress about a month ago and love it. Prior to this, I had a Sleep Number and could not ever find a setting that worked for me, a back sleeper. I switched back to Serta and am very happy that I did. For people wondering if you can put a Serta Twin XL in place of a split King Sleep Number, you definitely can with no issues.

I recently endured 5 herniated discs from an accident. Therefore, I need a firm mattress to keep my back from slouching, aligned and healthy. This mattress does the job. The mattress is pretty firm when it comes in and needs a little bit of breaking into. I do not mind that at all since I have always slept on firm surfaces with nothing but a tatami mat. Firm helps keep better posture and I'm all for the health of my spine. I can tell that the mattress slowly begins to form to my weight but provides cushion for the pressure points. Due to stress and the accident I weigh a bit more than I'm used to, fluctuating at about 180-190 lbs at 5'7. I really needed an sturdy mattress and I'm glad I saved for it and the adjustable base. The adjustable base is very comfortable and easy to set up. When I get home from work, I just work some more on my laptop and being able to get at an upright sitting position without hunching my back means everything to me. I know it's a pretty pricey and not many can afford such. I had to save for a couple of years in order to purchase it, and I don't have children or dependents. We spend a huge portion of our lives sleeping and need to invest in such. You get what you pay for, but I really do wish it were more affordable for others.

Replaced my old mattress with this one. This mattress is like a cloud. I had trouble getting up out of bed after sleeping in this. No issues with waking up with back or neck pain. No discomfort from being too warm in bed as I am a hot sleeper. Motion isolation between me and my partner doesnt seem to be an issue but this isn't great at that, but not a deal breaker for me.

I love this mattress! It is the perfect combination of plush and firmness. You don't really sink into it, but yet you are completely comfortable. It's a difficult concept to explain unless you actually try it out. I have been using it for approximately one month now and I truly feel it has allowed for a better quality of sleep. I can not express how comfortable the mattress has been since the first night. The design offers the perfect amount of support and the quilted cover allows for airflow which keeps the surface cool. I never knew how much I really needed a new mattress until I got this mattress. Not only is it so comfortable. It is beautiful to look at the craftsmanship is stellar to say the least. I feel full support not too hard not to soft very cradles your body perfectly not hot. It's a nice cooling temperature great technology was put into this mattress. I don't think I will need another mattress for a very long time.

I was skeptical about the mattress because many mattresses claim to be far more than they are. I can honestly say that since having this mattress, my back no longer hurts in the morning, I get a decent night sleep and I fall asleep quicker. Probably one of the few mattresses that does what it claims. Sleep is important to your day, and far more important than some people realize. This was a great find.

I'm really enjoying this mattress when it comes to getting a good night's sleep. It's been some of the best sleep I've had in years. From the moment I laid down, I could feel the quality of this mattress. This mattress has the right amount of cushioning and support, keeping me cool the entire night. This mattress is very sturdy, doesn't move around on my bed frame, and surprisingly, I can easily lift it to put sheets on it. Overall, it's a great mattress, and I recommend it.

At first I wasn't too thrilled with a firm mattress, I'd much rather prefer a softer one but my husband wanted something different. It took some getting used to for me but I must say, it's the best sleep I've had in awhile. When I first lay down, it does feel like laying on a board if that makes sense but once I fell asleep, I actually stayed asleep and actually woke up feeling great. So overall it was a great choice and would definitely recommend this mattress.

Finally a mattress that I look forward to sleeping on! I actually look forward to going to bed early it's that comfortable!
As for the details, the mattress sleeps very comfortable, not too firm, (which is what I prefer) most importantly though, it does not sleep too hot and is very breathable. Minimal vibration on the other side of the mattress and great edge support.
I can also say with certainty that back and shoulder pain has now went away since switching to this mattress. A+
