I have had this mattress for just a few days under a month. I do NOT plan on keeping this mattress as it is way too soft although it is advertised and labeled as "Firm" I am very disappointed in this mattress to the extent that I will no longer be looking at the Serta brand for a replacement. The I comfort is a hybrid mattress that is designed to feel like an innerspring mattress. Given that Serta already makes an innerspring, and they also make a hybrid, why would they manufacture a hybrid mattress that feels like an innerspring? This make no sense to me at all.

This mattress is firm but labeled medium. The mattress has a hump in it and the end I is caved in. Looks like the springs are bent. The delivery people are very rough with the mattresses. I have seen them throwing them around in the truck. I sent an email to customer service requesting a replacement and they never responded. Poor customer service. Still waiting for over a week and still no response.

Best night's sleep ever! Perfect firmness and I really could feeling the cooling effect. Material seems like good quality. It's also a nice thick mattress, so I would consider using the deep sheets. Definitely would recommend this mattress!

This review is for a queen size Serta - iComfortECO S40HD Plush. This is my 3rd mattress in 4 years due to the other being super uncomfortable. I am so happy with this mattress. I typically toss and turn all night so I was looking for a mattress that works for all positions (front, back and side sleepers). This mattress is amazing. Its soft but not squishy like a pillow top would be, so you don't sink into it which would always cause back pain in the morning from being too arched. This mattress is so thick, but my sheets (deep fitted) fit perfectly. I also like that I don't seem to get as hot anymore at night. This is a high quality mattress that I will recommend to anyone asking about getting a new bed. I also love that the Eco models use recycled metal and water bottles which is a huge benefit to the environment. It came packaged really well and delivery was great.

The iComfortECO S40HD Plush queen sized mattress is so soft and comfortable. I have always been a person that likes a softer mattress more than a firm one. This one is perfect for me. I didn't need to have a mattress base under it. The height was just right in my bed frame. (I do have a frame that is made to not need a base.)

What is the hybrid construction? It is giving memory foam with a wannabe spring mattress vibe. Though, to be clear, no springs exist. It is a one sided mattress, so you can rotate (has handles) but not flip. Thicker than my dogs first leap onto it bargained for. Not enough that I would call it plush. Does conform to your body. I am excited for the purported cooling properties come summertime. Overall, makes for a comfortable nest, well rested sleep. Better than your average box mattress.

I was nervous at first that the mattress felt pretty hard but I have never slept better in my life. I don't feel the bed more when my husband turns over and he doesn't feel me either. I'm typically a more active sleeper and he hates it but now even he is sleeping better and he's much larger than me. I don't roll i to him because the bed is pushed down which is also a nice change.

My husband and I have been sleeping on this mattress for about a month now and we are very satisfied with it. I am pretty particular about my mattress type and I am one that often wakes up in pain after sleeping on a mattress that is not my own. So vacations and trips to other peoples homes are not very fun. I always want my own bed. I was nervous when this arrived because of my history with being so particular about a mattress but let me just say I am very very happy with it!
I love a SOFT and supportive mattress type where I can lay on my back and feel the mattress cradle all the sports of my back and neck especially. This mattress is just like that. It feels like I'm laying on a comfortable cloud. My previous mattress was comfortable but was 10 years old so this one was very much needed! It's pretty deep so our deep fitted mattresses just cover it.
Overall I am extremely happy with this mattress. It seems like it will give us many years of a comfortable nights sleep.

My previous mattress was pretty worn out. My back was hurting and I was sleeping terribly. I got this mattress and for the first night in many I was able to sleep the entire night. I absolutely love it. The memory foam was a nice touch, some people don't like it but it works wonders for me.

Love this mattress. It is very comfortable and breathable. I like that we don't need a box spring for the mattress and it was easy to find a inexpensive frame for it. I've always trusted the Serta brand and have bought previous mattresses from this brand that have always been comfortable and lasted a long time. We live in Houston where it's hot a lot of the year and this mattress provides the coolness that I need for sleeping well. The memory foam also fits nicely to my form and provides me with a good nights sleep. Recommend.
