We have had this mattress for about 1 month and so far it has been comfortable. We had a pillow top mattress before now and it was comfortable but it started sinking in the middle. This mattress is firm, which we like, and not pillow top. So far so good

We just got mattress this afternoon. Seems great but we haven't slept 🛏️ n it yet. Will know in a couple days. Also the warranty submission did not have our mattress as a choice so will have to call to see about changing it. The communication for delivery was excellent.

I replaced a 20 year old Serta coil spring mattress with this one and slept great on the first night. There was a mild odor from the foam material for a few days, but no problems now. I also got the box spring/foundation which is a perfect match. Quiet and comfortable.

I deeply regret purchasing this mattress, and would return it if the retailer I bought it from (Haverty's) accepted returns. Unfortunately not.
Unsupportive: I got a "medium" level of firmness. To me, it feels soft, and much softer than the medium I tried in the store. Many reviews mention the support giving out rapidly. I believe this, as I've only had it two weeks and immediately I felt like I was sinking in too far, putting my spine out of alignment. In a year, I expect it will be much worse. The foam doesn't seem to expand back very quickly, either. It doesn't seem like a mattress that will last very long, despite costing $1100.
Allergenic: When I touch the mattress with my bare hands, little bumps appear on my skin a bit later. I suspect this is an allergic reaction to one of the foams. I've covered it with a mattress protector, but I still don't feel comfortable sleeping 8 hours on something I'm allergic to.
Short: Twin XL mattresses are 80 inches long. This mattress is 76.5" inches long. A regular Twin is 75". It's essentially just a regular Twin in length, but it cost an extra $100.
I contacted both the retailer and Serta.com for assistance, and was basically told there was nothing they could do as far as returns, even though it was falsely advertised as a Twin XL, and possibly causing an allergic reaction. I will never purchase another Serta, or any mattress store that doesn't offer returns. It's too much of a risk to spend over $1000 on something that could be potentially unhealthy to sleep on.

After a few nights sleep we kept waking, mattress cover bunched up, bed appeared to be smaller than all of our other queen beds, queen sheets and bedcovering are too large also. We decided to measure ourselves. Sticker on bed show dimensions to be 60x79.5. ACTUAL dimensions are 57x76.5. This explains why the cover that comes with bed bunches up, its larger than mattress.size. At one year mark, absolutely no support at all - I wake up stiff and sore.

Our iComfort CF1000 is amazing - by far the best bed we have ever owned! It cradles and supports perfectly. I have a history of waking throughout the night with low back pain, hip pain and/or arm numbness. This is not happening on the iComfort CF1000. At first laying on it, it feels like it will be too firm, but it softens where you need it and maintains great, soft pressure. There are mornings I wake in the same position as when I went to sleep. I'm always overjoyed when that happens! I haven't slept this good...ever! It has far exceeded our expectations. Deeper sleeps are leading to healthier days with more energy -- and that's about the best thing you can hope for from your mattress!

I love this bed. I'm sleeping better and my otherwise problematic back is feeling great! My husband agrees, we should've gotten a new bed sooner. If you're on the fence, go for it! You won't regret it. I have nothing negative to say. Delivery was on time and flawless.

It's been a while since we upgraded mattresses but after getting this one we wish we had done so earlier. The mattress is comfortable and supportive in additional be being a lot cooler than our older traditional mattress. Finally, the delivery through RXO was perfect. Their staff was professional and the email / text / call communication throughout the process was flawless. I was leering of buying a mattress online but wouldn't hesitate to do it again from Serta.com

5/5 stars! Was stuck between the iComfort CF 1000 hybrid and another brand hybrid when deciding on a new mattress, and I'm so glad I went with the iComfort. It's the perfect balance of plush and supportive and seems to be very well made. I've had hip/back pain in the past when sleeping and getting up, I have not experienced the same pains with the iComfort.

We were buying this mattress for our daughter and her husband but decided we would take this mattress. We like the firmness but it is not plush which I miss. This bed is not warm and fuzzy or welcoming. I feel like we are sleeping on a board. I will be returning this mattress and going with a pillow top with less firmness.

As a side sleeper (175 lbs.), I purchased this mattress primarily for hip and lower back comfort and support. While it does support my lower back, it's too firm for my hips. After three weeks, I'm still waking up with hip pain that wasn't there before this mattress. But it is still breaking in, so maybe it will soften up. It does provide a fairly cool sleep. As far as quality and fit and finish, the CF1000 seems very well made; however, the length of the mattress is actually only 78.5 inches in length, not 80 inches, as advertised. This is very disappointing. The manufacturer's tag indicates 79.5 inches in length but, of course, that's not correct either. I measured both the top and bottom of the mattress, without covers, and it's 78.5 inches long. If the hip pain does go away, I'll request an exchange for one that is actually the correct size, even if I'll have to break in that one, too.

We were expecting a great night sleep this evening. It didn't happen as the mattress has filled the bedroom with pungent off gassing fumes. It's 1:12 AM and I'm trying to sleep in a recliner and my wife is sleeping on the couch. We've sealed off the master bedroom from the rest of the house. The bedroom window is open and the fan is on. The off gassing is so potent the bed has not been used and is unusable. Called Serta.com and asked how long will it take for the pungent smell to stop. I was told up to 30 days! Very disappointed and cannot recommend this product if your system is sensitive to pungent off gassing fumes. If things aren't better by tomorrow afternoon, it's by, by Serta mattress!

We received this mattress about two weeks ago and the memory foam has no memory to return to normal. The memory foam stays down in whatever position we slept at some point and has never returned to normal. So if we get in the bed we're basically crawling into separate cavities. I am 5 ft and weigh about 128 lbs and he is 6 ft and 200 lbs so our bodies are not unusual. We are permanently separated in our individual body cave with a giant lump between us running nearly the length of the bed. There is something terribly wrong with this mattress and I'm just hopeful for Serta that this is one that simply failed to be caught by quality control. We have determine this product is unusable for us and have gone back to our place of purchase (Mattress Firm) and ordered another mattress (another brand). We were warned that we 'only have one exchange'. No one should ever have to return a mattress in my opinion. You buy what you think will be comfortable. However, this mattress is simply not usable - period. It's terribly defected. We have begun sleeping in our guest room until our new mattress arrives and to make matters worse we're having to pay re-stocking fee and another delivery fee so this whole thing ends up being a nightmare on a defective mattress.

Purchased two twin xl mattresses to be used side by side as a King. They were placed on two separate adjustable platforms so the wife and I would both have controllers to separately control our head and feet adjustments but still have that togetherness like you have sleeping on one mattress. The major problem is even though both mattresses are sold as the same there is a night and day difference in both comfort and firmness.
To make a long story short any replacement to correct the issue has been denied by the retail establishment they were purchased at. I dont think expecting the two mattresses purchased at the same time to be of the same quality is to much to ask. I guess Serta retailers think differently

I did tons of research before buying this mattress (in the middle of the pandemic, so unable to try in person). Reviews and marketing suggested this was a great choice for side sleepers. That could not be more wrong. I regret this purchase every single night and am now spending additional hundreds $$$ on mattress toppers, etc. Very disappointed. Only reason I did not return was because of having to deal with a family illness, so return period lapsed before I could turn my attention to the issue.
