It took less than a month of having the mattress and the foam in the top layer started bunching up under my hips. No clue what I would be doing to cause this but I've never had a bed do this before. Definitely didn't expect that from something we paid so much for.

If you are a hot sleeper, this mattress is a great option. It stays cool throughout the night. It's plushy but firm. If you like a super soft bed, this might not be fore you. But if you like firm mattresses with some plush this mattress is for you. Sizing wise, it is definitely a tall mattress. Just something to consider if you have a tall bed frame.

I have been sleeping on the icomfort eco q40hd for the last five weeks and I have to admit that I have been sleeping better
than I have in a really long time and I owe it to this mattress. The mattress is plush where it's needed but also firm where it's needed and I like that concept. I feel like I am sleeping on a cloud of comfort. This mattress is made of good quality materials and well made. It feels like it could last a very long time. I like that it keeps my body cool. I also like how supportive this mattress feels. I sleep very well and my husband enjoys it just as much as I do. We use an adjustable base with our mattress and it also works well with it. I think this mattress is just amazing! It is so plush, it is like sleeping on a cloud! It really does keep you cooler also. I don't feel much movement from the person sleeping on the other side of the bed either, so that is a huge bonus. It's not overly heavy so I'm able to lift it myself. The material and quilting on the top feels very high quality and I feel like this mattress is going to last for a long time. No complaints here! I have back issues and this is extremely comfortable while still having enough support! I definitely recommend purchasing this mattress!

This iComfort Eco Matress gets two thumbs up. It's just the right amount of firmness without being too hard or too squishy. Typically a new matress can take a couple of weeks to break in but from the first night of sleeping on this matress it was comfort from the start. It is like sleeping on a cloud but with the support needed for anyone with neck or back issues. One thing to keep in mind is that this matress is very thick. I have a queen matress and have deep pocket sheets which barely fit. We also put this matress on top of a box spring and slightly elevated bed frame. It sits very high up and can be difficult to get up into if you are shorter than 6 ft tall. I prefer to be higher up so having to hop up into bed is worth it for me. Otherwise I would suggest removing you box spring if you prefer to have average height from the floor. All and all I would recommend this matress to anyone that is looking for comfort from the first minute of laying your head to rest.

We have been sleeping on this Serta iConfotmrtECO ultra plush pillow top for about a month. Love it. So comfortable. It's a hybrid but feels like a classic quilted top feel. It has a cooling feel to it. The pillow top is very plush and feels like a cloud. Highly recommend. My back feels so much better after sleeping on it.

Don't let anyone else try it or you'll never get them out of your bed!! My kids wanted to try the new mattress out and well let's just say they all got a nap in it before I did. I still pass by my room and they're laying on it playing on their phone or taking a nap. It is super comfortable and when I can kick the kids out of it, I really do sleep well!!! I expected more from this mattress just based on the name, plush hybrid mattress. It didn't feel that plush and condensed down much more than expected from weight. I could just compress it significantly with my hands. It was supposed to be medium firmness, but I think it was soft. It does support areas of need such as hips, shoulders, head, but I think memory foam mattresses are more comfortable. This mattress has cooling technology and, although I don't feel cool at all, it doesn't get quite as warm as other mattresses.
