For a plush mattress, I find it is too firm and often wake up in pain. I'd like to have it replaced with something softer, but Gardener White wants to charge me hundreds of dollars to make money off my bad experience. I'm surprised the manufacturer Serta allows their retailers to handle dissatisfied customers like this. I'd like Serta to replace the mattress with something softer at $0 cost to me.

I have had this mattress for just a few days under a month. I do NOT plan on keeping this mattress as it is way too soft although it is advertised and labeled as "Firm" I am very disappointed in this mattress to the extent that I will no longer be looking at the Serta brand for a replacement. The I comfort is a hybrid mattress that is designed to feel like an innerspring mattress. Given that Serta already makes an innerspring, and they also make a hybrid, why would they manufacture a hybrid mattress that feels like an innerspring? This make no sense to me at all.

This mattress is firm but labeled medium. The mattress has a hump in it and the end I is caved in. Looks like the springs are bent. The delivery people are very rough with the mattresses. I have seen them throwing them around in the truck. I sent an email to customer service requesting a replacement and they never responded. Poor customer service. Still waiting for over a week and still no response.

So I just bought my first home and has a extra bedroom for our quests to stay, which I have never had before. So we decided to get a Queen bed for our quest room and wanted a mattress that would make them comfortable staying with us. Well this Serta mattress has by far exceeded our expectations and our quests tell us every morning how comfortable they slept. Well since our quests are telling us how comfortable it is, my husband and I decided to sleep in the quest room and test it out ourselves. Let me tell you how Comfy this mattress is. I feel no movement when my husband moves, quality stitching, and very important for me is the edge support that it doest sink and allow for falling out of bed and that was superior. We slept Amazing that night and woke up feeling great!!!! Don't hesitate, you won't regret it.

This Serta Mattress was more comfortable than I thought it would be . When it arrived the mattress was the Serta plush. It looked great and was made very well. The first night my husband and I slept on it we were amazed how well we slept. My queen sheets fit it perfectly! I would recommend this Serya Mattress is you like a softer mattress.

This mattress is extremely comfortable. Sure beats the old mattress we had! The foam feels really great, does not heat up like I have heard some people say about foam. Also has no noticeable smell, as I have heard complaints about that as well with other foam mattresses. My body no longer aches when I get up in the morning. If you are in the market, this mattress is an excellent choice!

I've been using this mattress for over a month and I have to say it is one of the best mattresses I've had in a while. I like how this is firm and get soft there's a topper attached to it that makes it softer on top, but the bottoms, more sturdy, so it really balances out my body when I sleep. I would highly recommend this mattress for anyone. The only thing I wish that was different was if it was one of those that come in an airtight bag and it pops open because it .I would highly recommend this mattress for anyone. Great investment getting this mattress as it really is plush, true to size as a queen and fits the mattress frame very well. Plush means that it is thicker than most and it took a little getting used to the extra height. But I sure did sleep good, works for me!!

After sleeping on my new mattress, I couldn't believe how well I slept! I have needed a new mattress and after getting this one, I finally can sleep good again. It is a firm mattress but still has a soft feeling from the memory foam. It also is great as I don't feel my wife move around and get out of bad.

Super comfortable. I made a last minute decision to get the plush. It is very soft. maybe too soft but time will tell. I like a soft mattress and my husband prefers firmer so maybe I should have got something in the middle but oh well! It did not come smashed into a box or compressed. Just wrapped in plastic and ready to go!

I got this bed because mine was getting old and worn out.
This matress is absolutely perfect for me and my husband.
Very comfortable and we have been sleeping much better. It is the right amount of firmness and softness. It is just right. We havent been getting overheated in our sleep also which is a big must for us.

I received the icomfort eco plush a few weeks ago. The first few nights of sleeping on it I really wasn't a fan. I was used to my old matress that had a pillow topper. This mattress definitely isn't as plush. At first I was waking up with soreness due to back problems. I did however notice that I was sleeping more soundly and not tossing and turning as much. I've gotten used to the firmness in comparison. I thought it was supposed to be cooling as well. But I have not noticed it. I have grown to love this mattress. My partner on the other hand has loved it from day one. Definitely worth the price to upgrade. Quality sleep is so so important.

We own and been using the Serta eye Comfort eco size queen plush s20 GL mattress. This is an extreme comfort and the feeling of a smooth hybrid mattress it's an awesome feeling. I love how it is a hybrid mattress I love how this mattress gives me a smooth memory foam feel and the coolness and the comfort that helps relieve pressure off the areas that hurt. I love the materials they are 70% sustainable. The sustainable material refers to a plant-based foam and recycled fibers and varies by model. When I really love is with this cool touch cover that is throughout the whole top of the mattress all the blue Waves that you sent on the top of the mattress keeps your body nice and cool which is an awesome feeling Plus it doesn't sag in the middle of the mattress on any part of the mattress. It has very good quality of the Stitch work and the thickness of the mattress love the design that is all around the whole mattress gives me plenty of support I wake up I feel very refreshed. Overall, this is an excellent mattress. From the material, to how it looks, to the handles included in the design, nothing feels like they cut corners. Setup was non-existent. It is not vacuum sealed flat or rolled up-- it's ready to go. Upon unpacking, there was a very slight odor if you had your nose up to the mattress, but that dissipated within an hour or two. The mattress was ready to sleep on the same day it was delivered.
The mattress is not "firm", but is slightly firmer than medium. You sink in a little bit on the soft top, but it's not a plush top mattress where you sink in 2 or 3 inches. It softened a little after the first week of use, but then we've noticed no difference in the month or so since then. A nice thing about the mattress is that is does a good job at isolating movement. My spouse tosses and turns quite a bit, but even on a queen mattress, I don't hardly feel that. I don't know if I could balance a glass of wine on the corner and dance on the mattress like some commercials, but there is noticeably less vibrations and movement transmitted from one side to the other compared to our old mattress.
Overall, I have zero complaints about this mattress. it looks nice, seems well made, has no odor, and gives me a good night sleep. If you like your mattresses closer to firm than "squishy", then this mattress will work for you.

I've been using my new mattress for the last few weeks. I typically like a softer mattress but need some support. This mattress offers me both options and I have been getting a great night's sleep on it. I haven't been waking up with a sore back and hips anymore. Its breathable and helps keep my temperature regulated all night. I've greatly reduced the amount of times I wake up each night and I tossing and turning much less. I feel like I wake up refreshed and ready for the day. Overall this is a great bed for those who like a plush bed with support still.

This mattress was for my 6 year olds bedroom. I am frequently awakened during the night to go lay with him, and I often end up spending the majority of the night in his room. I used to really suffer and dread being called in there… so this upgrade was for both of us! He used to sleep very hot and wake up drenched in sweat but that has completely stopped thanks to a cooling layer that actually works. He used to be a VERY early riser, but he's sleeping about 45 minutes later now. As a side sleeper, my neck used to be sore every time I slept in his old bed, that never happens anymore. The hybrid plush is both soft and supportive. Now I fall asleep in his bed putting him to sleep and it's a struggle to muster up the will to leave and go to my own bed. I definitely don't mind if he calls me to his room now that he's got this amazing mattress. Also, choosing sustainable materials is a very important part of my life and career, so I was very excited to learn about the new iComfort eco. Socially responsible and amazing comfort, I LOVE IT and highly recommend it.
