I have had this mattress for just a few days under a month. I do NOT plan on keeping this mattress as it is way too soft although it is advertised and labeled as "Firm" I am very disappointed in this mattress to the extent that I will no longer be looking at the Serta brand for a replacement. The I comfort is a hybrid mattress that is designed to feel like an innerspring mattress. Given that Serta already makes an innerspring, and they also make a hybrid, why would they manufacture a hybrid mattress that feels like an innerspring? This make no sense to me at all.

This mattress is firm but labeled medium. The mattress has a hump in it and the end I is caved in. Looks like the springs are bent. The delivery people are very rough with the mattresses. I have seen them throwing them around in the truck. I sent an email to customer service requesting a replacement and they never responded. Poor customer service. Still waiting for over a week and still no response.

I love this mattress, hands down the most comfortable mattress I've ever had. The bonus is my wife loves it too… we normally have to compromise, I'm 6ft 230lbs, she is a lot less in both departments and normally like different types of mattress, but this one is perfect for us both. The first thing I noticed when laying on it, even before seeing how comfy it is, was the coolness. It really does feel a few degrees cooler, which is amazing as I run hot at night, and we live in Louisiana. We both are back and side sleepers, and occasionally I sleep on my front, we both find the icomfort eco to give just the right amount of support, and we sleep so well. The mattress outer fabric feels soft but strong, and the grab handles to move it are very handy. It's made from more eco friendly materials and that's great, if I can I'll choose the environmentally better option, but when it comes to back ache and sleep, I know what comes first, this mattress doesn't make me choose, I really love it and definitely recommend it. Oh and a 10 year warranty, can't complain about that!

i bought a full mattress. the size is supposed to be 54 by 75. what i received is a 51 by 72. that's a big difference. totally dissatisfied.

This mattress is so much better than my old mattress. First, it is the perfect medium firmness. It is firm, but with enough give that I don't feel as though I'm sleeping on a board. It provides excellent support for myself, a side sleeper, and my spouse who is a back sleeper. It is also helps keep us cooler at night, no more tossing and turning due to being too warm. It is thicker, so I will need to make sure my sheets have deeper pockets. Overall, we are very pleased with it.

I recently started using the icomfortECO S50UHD Medium mattress. Overall it is a great mattress. The medium firmness is perfect for me. I can tell you this is one Heavy (with a capital H) mattress, so be prepared for that when getting ready to receive it. I have one complaint, hence the four stars instead of five. The material that the mattress is made from makes me too hot at night. Since I have only had this for a month or so, I am not sure if I will get used to it and it will even out, but compared to my old mattress, this one causes me to be too warm.

We swapped our traditional mattress for the iComfortEco and have zero regrets. We got the 16 inch thick mattress and it made our bed taller than expected but it's so comfortable. We both are getting much better sleep and are really liking the change. It's soft enough for me and firm enough for my husband.

This is the BEST! The iComfortECO S50UHD Medium - SIZE QUEEN is so wonderful and my husband and I both love it. We do not feel each other move during the night either and we have the queen size. The size is super big in height that I did have to purchase new sheets but the mattress is so worth it. You do not feel coils nor any jabs from the mattress even when you sit on the sides. The comfort is beyond words. Neither of us have to use a pillow between our legs to keep our knees in the right position nor do we have to use an odd pillow to keep our neck correct either. The mattress keeps both our bodies in the perfect position and when we move it repositions to give us a hug in a different way. We both stay nice and cool too.

I love a thick mattress, but even I was a bit unprepared for how thick the iComfortECO S50UHD Medium - SIZE QUEEN is. It's truly fabulous. I feel like I'm floating when I sleep on it. The medium firmness is great for me - right in between, not too soft, not too hard. I've noticed that I don't wake up as many times in the middle of the night with this mattress. I like the hybrid aspect of it as well, because I don't think I would enjoy sleeping on a pure memory foam mattress. I also like that the mattress is made with
sustainable materials like plant-based foams & recycled fibers. This mattress is very high quality, and I'm a Serta convert now.

A "goldilocks" bed - not too firm and not too plush - just the right softness and support. The mattress is very comfortable. We replaced our king bed with this queen size to give us more room. We opted for a platform support for the mattress that is low to the ground so that the overall profile of the bed will not be too tall. The mattress is very thick and heavy - I required help to resituate my bed's orientation in my room. I am very satisfied with this mattress - my back feels great. My sleep just got better. Really very happy with it.

I recently got the iComfortECO queen mattress and I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase. I was sent a Serta - iComfortECO™ S50UHD Medium Mattress by the TryIt Sampling Community to use and review. I really can't say enough great things about this mattress! First, let me start by saying I've suffered from lower back pain for years without relief. Guess what?!.....No more back pain! I fall asleep faster, sleep better, and wake up in a great mood for lack of any discomfort. It's like a miracle! It is on the heavy side if you are moving it to a second floor. All my sheet fit it fine and my husband also likes it. I love this mattress and would totally recommend it to everyone.

I love, love, love, this mattress! For anyone who gets super hot at night- say Amen! This mattress is cooling, comfortable while supportive, easy to find sheets for that stay put. It's thicker than most but not to the point of loosing any comfort. It supports in all the right spots and cushions in all the others.

The Serra icomforteco mattress is the best mattress I've ever owned. First off, it seems to be very well made, couldn't even find 1 single loose string on the seams. I had a foam mattress before this, and it was starting to hurt my back. That problem went away within the first week of sleeping on our new mattress. The mattrss is beyond comfortable, and my wife and I both love it, I weigh about 250, and my wife is around 120, and this is the first mattress that both of us could actually agree upon. One of the best features is the cooling, I would wake up night sweating, then take the covers off, but not any more, I stay asleep all night comfortably. You can feel some movement when I move or my wife moves, but not too much at all. I will enjoy the icomfort mattress for many years to come.

This is a very sturdy, nice mattress. It's very tall, so we had to replace our frame and box spring support. The cooling effect is surprising but nice. It'll come in handy during warmer weather. The only downside was this medium mattress is extremely firm. It's so firm we had to put a soft topper on it.

This Serta Icomfort Eco matress is really nice! It is queen size 60wx80Lx16H . It is a hybrid mattress. It has select materials that are 70% sustainable. It has a smooth memory foam feel. It is very durable. It is very thick as well. It is medium in firmness . It does keep you cool while you sleep. You will get a very good nights sleep on this mattress!! I cant say enough about this mattress it is truly so comfortable. My husband had back surgery a year ago and I have a connective tissue disorder that causes a lot of joint and back pain. It's very hard for either of us to get a good night's rest. This mattress helped us achieve that. Its the right amount of firm and soft. We are side sleepers and this mattress provided the right amount of support. The cooling part of this mattress feels so good. It's not like being cold but it feels like when you turn your pillow over to the cool side! I love the fact that it has 70% sustainable materials! I'm so happy that we are getting much better sleep and my back and hips feel so much better when I wake up. We were sleeping on another top brand mattress that was only a few years old that already sags. I'm a petite person and that shouldn't be happening so soon. This mattress is so so much better than mu previous mattress. I have been telling everyone about my new mattress and how great it is!

First thing I need to mention is that this mattress is really thick. Make sure you buy the slimline box spring for this. If you get a regular box spring, be prepared to jump in and out of the bed.
We gave the medium firmness and its perfection. My old mattress was an Amazon special. That paled in comparison to the sleep I get on this mattress. You get what you pay for!
Don't skimp on the thing you use the most in life. I would highly recommend this mattress.

I was always skeptical on getting a new mattress bc I hate change but this was the best choice I've ever made. This mattress is extremely comfortable and very durable. The design keeps you at the right sleeping temperature at night not to hot and not to cold. This mattress adjusts to your body's contour and makes for a great night sleep. I wake up in the morning refreshed and not feeling like I got hit by a train. No body aches which I have been suffering from for years. Love it
