This Mattress is supposed to be an adjustable base compatible. When we lift the mattress up it makes a big bulky crease in middle that you can't sleep on it. The mattress does not smooth out when in bed. You can't sleep on it.

It is better than a worn out mattress, for sure. That said, it feels lightweight and flimsy compared to our old mattress in its prime. Furthermore, we have been using it two months and already need to flip and rotate it because you can tell my husband and I have our one spot each, that we sleep in, I think it's too soon to need to do that, and to actually be able to discern the lump in the middle, upon which no one sleeps. If I had to do over, I certainly wouldn't have paid as much as I did, and likely would have chosen a different mattress altogether.

I have regularly purchased Serta mattresses for my home. This includes Serta for my spare room for when I have the grandkids or company stay over.
I am very pleased to have the iComfortECO Q10 mattress for my own use now! First, the support was of top importance to me and this product meets my expectations. The construction is excellent; it provides great support where needed and I do not "sink in"! The construction of the hybrid type appears very durable; no squeaks, crunches or crackling sounds here! The cover has proven to be breathable and gives me a pleasant sleep all night! All seams, binding and quilting are securely sewn.
Bottom line: it's a keeper!

The mattress is so comfortable. It is nice and firm but also forms to your body but not so much where it sags. I have back pain so this mattress was a great equal of firmness and comfort. Its hard enough not to make my body sink into it but also not so hard that I feel like I'm laying on stone floor.
