I read reviews of this mattress and several people said it feels firm… no it doesn't. It feels exactly as it says "medium". Because of the reviews I had originally purchased the plush which didn't provide support for my back at all. I've had 5 back surgeries and I'm only 34 years old. This medium mattress is the perfect blend, providing support yet not firm. Love it. I've been buying Serta for over a decade and medium has always been the best fit for me.

This mattress is rock hard, it is kind of like sleeping of the floor. It was also way too small, the foot print is a couple inches short and skinny, this it bad because you can see the slats on the bed frame.

I have had this mattress for just a few days under a month. I do NOT plan on keeping this mattress as it is way too soft although it is advertised and labeled as "Firm" I am very disappointed in this mattress to the extent that I will no longer be looking at the Serta brand for a replacement. The I comfort is a hybrid mattress that is designed to feel like an innerspring mattress. Given that Serta already makes an innerspring, and they also make a hybrid, why would they manufacture a hybrid mattress that feels like an innerspring? This make no sense to me at all.

This mattress is firm but labeled medium. The mattress has a hump in it and the end I is caved in. Looks like the springs are bent. The delivery people are very rough with the mattresses. I have seen them throwing them around in the truck. I sent an email to customer service requesting a replacement and they never responded. Poor customer service. Still waiting for over a week and still no response.

An excellent bed for a nice deep sleep! Me and my partner were in search of a more comfortable sleep and this bed hit all the targets we were looking for. The look of a traditional mattress with a pressure relieving top layer, to help with some back issues I have. The comfort is superior to any mattress I've ever owned and gave me the deep uninterrupted sleep I need. I'm very impressed with every feature this mattress offers and feel completely satisfied with my decision.

i bought a full mattress. the size is supposed to be 54 by 75. what i received is a 51 by 72. that's a big difference. totally dissatisfied.

First of all, if you're even remotely considering a new mattress, the answer is yes, you need one. And if you're considering a new mattress, you definitely should consider this Serta iComfortECO. It's built with heft and feels sturdy, but most importantly I sleep very soundly on it. I'm a side and stomach sleeper and this mattress does a great job of giving me support that allows me to wake up not feeling any soreness or creaking in my back or neck. I like that it's semi-firm (I have the medium mattress), but you can of course choose the firmness that is best for you. I haven't noticed any extra heat or warmth and it feels like the mattress keeps me relatively cool when I sleep. Overall, I am quite pleased with this mattress.

We love this mattress. It is a high quality mattress, very comfortable and gives us a really good night sleep! We love it because it provides a really good back support while still providing a very high comfort level. The top feels plush, very soft and smooth yet still gives us that perfect sturdy support that we needed for our aging back. I love that we can be very comfortable in a soft top mattress and don't feel like we're sinking/drowning in it. My husband just had a back surgery and this mattress was just perfect! He said the mattress is really comfortable and feels good on his back. No squeaky noise and we can hardly notice when the other person in the bed is moving. The material is also very breathable which helps a lot when we're in our back for a long time. It's truly a perfect combination of comfort and support which is exactly what we needed.Highly recommended!

I have had this matress for more than a month and overall, it's a great experience. It fits my bed well, had no smell at all. I like firm mattress and after reading reviews about it being firmer than other mattresses, I decided to go with medium and it was a great decision because I do believe that it's firmer than a regular medium. I have no issues with the mattress and I think it's a good one that will last for a long time.

I needed a new mattress and decided to try the iComfort Eco mattress. I chose the medium firmness and it is just right for me. Not too soft, not too firm. It helps me get the good nights sleep I need.

I have severe back problems which gets worse when I lay down. So you could imagine that sleeping every night is a struggle. In the 3 weeks I've been sleeping on this mattress, I've noticed slightly less tossing and turning during the night and I get out of bed with slightly less pain. It's very comfortable, not the most comfortable mattress I've slept on but I enjoy it. I would recommend to anyone and it's worth taking a shot on it.

Serta - icomfortECOtm S 30LT is the Best! I wanted to use a bit before my review, I have to say that it is the best sleep I've had in a while. So comfortable and great support!! I don't wake up at night anymore from tossing and turning. When I go to bed, I'm settled for the night! Which is a big plus for me!! Great quality mattress. I would most definitely recommend. My Serta-iComfortECO hybrid mattress is one of the best mattresses I have ever owned. I have the medium, and it feels very supportive and not too soft. Also, I can move around and not disturb my hubby. The mattress holds it's shape when I get up from sitting on the edge. I am using this mattress on a platform bed, so no box spring is needed. I sleep hot, so the cooling aspect of this mattress is a blessing. Since getting my mattress, I sleep better and wake up feeling refreshed every morning. Now I look forward to crawling into bed at the end of a long day because I know I will get a great night's sleep. I love my new mattress!

Let me start by saying I am a larger 300 lb man that seems to find a large amount of discomfort in prodect like beds. But this bed I couldn't, I immediately began to sink into the bed until at what seemed the perfect moment, I was fully supported. It provided great rest and comfort for me. I highly recommend.

I'm a fan of my own bed at home and hate when I stay somewhere else because I sleep horribly in any bed other than my own. I was nervous to try out a new bed, especially a firm mattress, because I love my bed so much. However, after several weeks of sleeping on Serta's iComfortEco hybrid mattress, I love this new bed! I'm petite at 5' tall, whereas my husband is 6'3" and we both slept wonderfully on this mattress and never felt the other person move during the night. I sleep hot while my husband sleeps cold, but we both felt comfortable on this cooler mattress. I also usually hate a more firm mattress because I've been prone to backaches in the past but I really didn't mind this mattress. I didn't "sink" into it, as expected, but I also never woke up with any sore backs either. My only con is that the mattress did not fit over our existing box spring well and it hangs over the sides. Overall, I loved the support the hybrid mattress provides, along with the cooling and breathability factors!

Everything with this mattress has been perfect, from the delivery (the team works on that & are super nice and helpful). Then once it was in my bed I have to say my sleep was great , the mattres is soft but firm so it's provides the perfect sleep

This is a seriously comfortable bed. I live in a northern Ohio where the weather changes daily not seasonal. Sometimes I add way too many blankets that cause my body to overheat in the middle of the night, After receiving my new mattress this has completely stopped. It's like sleeping on a cloud no more tossing and turning or pressure point pain. It comes complete in box and compressed so no waiting or worrying it won't plump up. When sitting on the side to enter or exit it sturdy and keeps its shape.

I run a business and am on my feet most of the day. I'm also a recreational ultramarathoner. My body NEEDS not just rest, but high QUALITY rest. This mattress has been such an asset to my waking hours. I don't pretend to understand the science and engineering that goes into a product like this, but I am staying cool overnight. I toss and turn much less now. I dream more now. Is that a thing a mattress can do? Well worth the investment. A good night's sleep is priceless. (The white glove set up was a dream!)

This bed is so comfortable. The perfect mix of firm and support. This was acquired for our guest room but I may have found myself sleeping on it more then our guest. I woke up in the exact same spot I fell asleep on getting such a great sleep. It's great for naps with the kids as well! I don't feel their movement when we take naps and they both sleep so well. Using it with a platform bed. Highly recommend if you like a mix between firm and plush.

After about a month of use this mattress is very comfortable. The firmness is very good as our previous mattress was much too soft. So far I have not woken up to soreness in my neck or back. I am not tossing and turning trying to get comfortable all night which is a major plus. Overall I am very happy with it.

I am extremely happy with my new mattress, iComfortECO, S30LTX Medium by Serta. This mattress is absolutely amazing, it feels super nice when I lay my body down on it, no more back pain, since I've used this mattress. The quality is great, the material and designs are just perfect. It has the cooling effect, which makes this mattress so special. I would say that this is the best mattress that I have ever owned! I would definitely gonna get another one for my son, because since I have this bed, he took over my space on the bed. Highly recommended.
