Bought the Serta ICOM Hybrid Q20GL plush pillow top mattress. We were replacing an expense name brand memory foam mattress that just keep feeling firmer with every passing month. This Serta mattress is really comfortable, soft and supportive. The only down side is you can feel every movement of your sleeping partner. If you are a light sleeper this is not good. The motion transfer in this mattress is more like inter spring mattresses where the springs are tied or welded together instead of the individually wrapped coils like this mattress is supposed to be. If you are the only one on this mattress it's awesome. If you are a sound sleeper, this mattress is awesome. Just know this mattress does have a lot of motion transfer.

The mattress is very comfortable. However, poor stitching separated the seams around the pillow top. The mattress should not have passed quality control inspection. We contacted customer service at Haverty's to either replace the mattress or get a discount. They are working on the issue.

This is a well made mattress. It included sewn in handles on each side to assist in moving the mattress. The 15" depth just adds to the comfort and gives a regal look to the bed. Our previous mattress was old and sagging in the middle. It is so nice to have proper support once again. I was not sure if I would like a pillow top or not, but now that I have slept on it I cannot picture going back. Serta delivers a quality product.

This iComfortECO Pillowtop mattress from Serta has been wonderful for me this past month! We were pretty happy with our previous mattress, which was just a memory foam mattress but was medium/plush and breathable. However, I am pregnant and have had to switch to sleeping on my side all night, and I was having leg and hip pain starting halfway through the night on that mattress. So we tried out this one to see if the different zones of plush-ness and support would help, and it's been so great! Definitely relieves some of that pressure I was feeling in my hips from my old mattress. I'm not having any hip or leg pain anymore upon waking. It's not so plush that I have trouble turning over or getting out of bed at 9 months pregnant, but it is plush enough for my husband who would gladly sink all the way into the bed if we could find a mattress that plush and cushy. Great balance. It doesn't stay quite as cool as our last mattress, but breathes pretty well so that if I get out of bed for a quick restroom break, it's cooled off by the time I get back in it. This mattress is a great combination of soft and supportive and has helped improve my sleep as someone who was unused to and uncomfortable sleeping on my side. Definitely recommend!

This mattress is wonderful! It hugs to the shape of my body creating perfect support. I've had back issues and always have to sleep with a pillow under my knees to help with my back but with this mattress I no longer need to do that. I also love the cooling effect, it keeps me from sweating while I'm sleeping. It also works just fine with our adjustable base. Highly recommended!!

Both myself and my husband absolutely love our Serta iComfortECO Q20GL Plush Pillow Top Queen mattress! It's always so hard for my husband and I to agree on a mattress and one of us typically has to compromise on something. This mattress has changed things for us. We are both extremely happy with this mattress. We are both sleeping so good at night and actually feel rested when we wake up. It truly makes a difference when you have a great quality mattress. Just the name Serta alone tells you that you are getting a high quality item. This iComfortECO is most definitely high quality. From the stitching to the materials used and the new technology is a high quality game changer. Everything about this matters screams high quality. My husband is always hot at night and I am always freezing. The EverCool Fuze Gel Foam and the CoolTemp Cover are his favorite aspects of the mattress. The targeted pressure relief and support features of this mattress are my favorite. Well that and the fact that I don't feel every movement my husband makes is definitely a game changer. We are both sleeping so much better now that we have our mattress I can't imagine sleeping on anything else. Due to an old injury I have I also have found so much comfort and relief for my back since sleeping on the mattress. We recently went back to a regular mattress instead of a memory foam. Rhe best nights sleep we have had in a long time. The mattress is 15 inches so you will need to have a king comforter to make sure it hangs over the mattress

Without any exaggeration or hyperbole I can honestly say that this mattress has changed my life. For over a decade and and a half I have been forced to sleep on my side or my face due to back pain and stiffness. I have tried 4 different brands and models prior with no relief. The Serta iComfortECO Quilted Hybrid is by far the best mattress we have ever owned. It cradles and supports your body perfectly. At first laying on it, it feels like it will be too firm, but it softens where you need it and maintains great pressure. There are mornings I wake in the same position as when I went to sleep. I haven't slept this good ever. It has far exceeded our expectations. Deeper sleeps means healthier days with more energy. That's about the best thing you can hope for in a mattress. Great support, cushioned top layer, but with extensive support. The mattress looks amazing as well. We love our mattress.

We ordered this mattress online and were unable to test ahead of time, but were very excited to replace our old mattress. After a few nights of sleeping on it I was impressed with it. Thought it was much more comfortable than the pillow top we already have (it is only 7 years old from another company). After a few nights, my wife has decided our older mattress was much more comfortable. She said that it was way too firm for her and could not get cozy. We ended up giving the bed to our daughter after being unable to decide who got the mattress they liked more. She was thrilled and says it is like sleeping on a cloud. Coming from a mattress she inherited from my grandmother it is hard to not think this is a cloud bed. While a plush pillow top, there is some indecisiveness of if it is really a plush pillow top or a firm pillow top.
The construction was impressive and seems like it will last for a long time. The cooling feature definitely worked well for me and was noticeable compared to other mattresses. It is not clear as to what is or is not the ECO materials (aside from reading the label). The handles on the sides are much more convenient that the old string handles from old styles mattresses, too bad I don't have a need to move the mattress very frequently.

I generally sleep on my side so the way I am supported and basically held up by the mattress is just perfect and no pinching because I am being supported all over my body. Finding the right balance of comfort and support can be rough but this mattress managed just fine. First off it is so incredibly soft to the touch. You practically sink in. However it also offers plenty of support. Laying on it is almost like what you might imagine a cloud feels like. Soft and holds you comfortably while you sleep. It has a slight cooling effect as well so you don't get sweaty where you are laying even if you don't move all night but not enough to make you feel cold. It is made well and feels like it will last many years. Over all I am very pleased with it. It fits perfectly in the bed frame and the sheets just need to be extra deep pockets as it is a very padded mattress. This has been the best sleep in a long time. No more sore or stiff mornings. What I thought was age related was actually just the mattress I was using.

Wow this mattress is so nice! We just got new bedroom furniture, so a new mattress was exactly what finished the room off. It is a pretty large mattress and it's heavy. We are using a box spring, but honestly it doesn't need it. You can see in my photos how tall the box spring makes the mattress. We really like how comfortable the mattress is. It did take us a few nights to get used to it but now we've been sleeping great. The plush topper really helps for that comfort level. However, because it has that plush topper we need to buy deep pocket sheets, which wasn't a big deal but still something to think about. The mattress has that weird new mattress smell at first but after a couple days we either got used to it or it went away. Overall, super nice mattress and I'm really happy with it. Highly recommend!

Firstly, I want to say as a person with back issues, I have always found it difficult to get a good night's sleep. With this mattress, I sleep like a baby. It is so well made. It provides so much support and comfort. I had no issues with sinking into the mattress. It is beyond awesome. I found there to be no sagging or dipping like with other mattresses. This bed is absolutely Plush but not overly squishy. So soft and supportive. There was no new material smells like a lot of mattresses which is a huge plus for us. It has handles to make moving and rotating easier. That may seem like a silly mention but I have moved my old mattress multiple times and wondered why aren't there handles! So I give bonus points for those. It looks very well crafted and coincidentally the tag says made local to me in Washington, for those who like to buy made in the US products.
