I just started sleeping on this mattress and it has a horrible bubble in the middle. This is the cool calming queen mattress. It's a replacement for a different mattress from serta and it only lasted 6 months before the sides started caving in. I will never buy a serta mattress again.

Hard to review a mattress when it has yet to arrive. Just the fact they asked me to review the mattress means they have no idea I don't have it yet. The Shipping company Serta uses lost the first mattress. Had to wait for Serta to manufacture another one. Now the delivery company keeps pushing delivery dates back on us. 2 months now

Have been sleeping on the mattress for about 3 weeks. Me and my partner like different firmnesses. I am a side sleepersnd they are side and back sleeper. We got the medium firm with a pillow top and it comfortable for both of us. JE

I traded a firm which was very soft- I'd guess medium at most, but the extra firm is perfect for those who prefer a firm bed.

I've had the bed about a month now. It's super comfortable and as someone who suffers from lower back pain it's great! I didn't have to use my mattress topper with it. Also the mattress doesn't feel hot when laying on it. Must buy!

My new mattress came in a great packaging and is super soft, comfortable and gives me a good night rest. It is super easy to set up and has good support that gives me good rest. I highly recommend it as a great buy.

To be clear, this mattress is amazing! After several weeks of daily usage, I highly recommend trying out a Serta Hybrid Sleeper! For starters, it's a thick mattress, and due to the height, I ended up ditching my box spring. The memory foam top makes me feel snug and secure, and helps relieve pressure. It combines inner coils/springs provide added bounce and support. The zoned support can help with body alignment. The memory foam also has cooling technology to help distribute heat while I sleep. Serta offers several different firmness options to help further customize your sleeping experience. I got an extra firm (XF) one because I like to sleep on my back the most. The material feels like a soft bedcover, and the color and design look great. Overall, it feels premium and made well. Just throw on a sheet and cover and you're ready to go. So far, I've never slept better and my back feels fantastic! If you're looking for a new mattress that provides support and comfort, I highly recommend trying these out!

This mattress has been unbelievably comfortable for both my fiancé and myself! We got the extra firm mattress, and I have already noticed less back and neck pain in the week that we have been sleeping on it. My fiancé is 6'4 and 260lbs, so we were a little worried about how he would be supported, but he has been extremely comfortable and has woken up far less throughout the night. We are both mixed sleepers (back, stomach, side, helicopter…) and neither of us have woken up with any discomfort. My fiancé and I are both furnaces when we sleep, and so far it has done a great job at keeping us both cool. This is by far the most comfortable mattress I have owned, and I am excited to see how it holds up over the next few years!

The mattress isn't bad overall but I have a couple of negatives that I noticed. For one, there was no way to tell what the particular indicators for each mattress meant (not here or online) so I had to choose blindly. It ended up being too firm for me personally. The delivery got rescheduled 3 times, and pushed back almost a month. I can't imagine how frustrating that would be if I didn't already have a mattress. It also is not memory foam, so it was delivered in a huge box (not vacuum sealed as I am used to). I think this would be great for someone who likes a firm mattress because I don't make a dent in it - it doesn't make for a super comfortable night of sleep for me.

This mattress is quite firmer than I'm used to, however I've been enjoying the sleep I've been getting since started using it. It's incredibly supportive in places I didn't realize my other mattress had been failing me. I will say this mattress is very tall, maybe don't use a box spring with this particular mattress!!!!

I was excited to receive a Serta Perfect Sleeper Quilted Hybrid Queen Mattress complimentary from Serta and Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. The mattress arrived with exceptional "White Glove" service-they quickly set everything up and even removed my old mattress. The mattress is not only incredibly comfortable, but it also has a beautiful design. I was especially happy to find that it's cooling, which is perfect for me since I tend to get warm while sleeping. The added quilting provides extra comfort as well.
Although the first night wasn't great, I know it takes time to adjust to a new mattress. After about a week, I fell in love with it! I sleep so much better now, and the mattress really conforms to my body. I've also noticed I'm much less sore in the mornings. Since this mattress is a hybrid, it works perfectly with my adjustable base, shifting positions easily without affecting the structure of the bed. I'm so impressed with this mattress that I plan to purchase one for my other bedrooms. It's definitely worth the price for such a high-quality product!

Ive been converted! I always thought that a plush mattress was what I needed, but I stand corrected. This mattress provides unmatched support for my back, and when my husband gets up in the middle of the night, I dont feel a thing! Yes, this mattress has a higher price point than some, but these things make it worth every prenny!

I was took longer than a week to have more thought of this product. First of all I love the color with design most of the mattress now was using light color but it would make the mattress seems easy to be dirty as more time while we using it( pill water , dirty) they also include the hanger holder to move the mattress easier which I have never seems before.
My mattress is extra firm. I was curious alot it will be not very comfortable to sleep in it. But no the mattress was not plushy but feel a lot better for the back and stomach. Even my nephew was jumping alot on the mattress but it still very stable for who is lay down next to it. So I think this would a good idea for upgrade for your bedroom. By the way the mattress is more than 15 inchs so it kida to hight with and bed frame that has adjusted base. If you use floor bed frame it would be more better for your bedroom.
The material is lightly cooling on the top so it was more comfy use in summer.

I just received this Serta mattress a little over a week ago. In all honesty it's a lot firmer than I would normally like, just a personal preference. That being said it is also extremely supportive! If you're anything like me and my spouse we tend to run hot so the cooling effect is everything. It is also a very tall mattress so I would recommend trying a deep pocket sheet.

I've had my old spring mattress for seven years and this new one is such a breath of fresh air. I love the thickness and quality of the mattress and when I lay on it, it forms to my back perfectly.
