I just started sleeping on this mattress and it has a horrible bubble in the middle. This is the cool calming queen mattress. It's a replacement for a different mattress from serta and it only lasted 6 months before the sides started caving in. I will never buy a serta mattress again.

We have owned our mattress for 2 and a half months and are extremely disappointed. We feel the mattress is way firmer than what we tried in the store. We have also noticed there is a slight dip in the mattress already forming from where we lay during our sleep.

Hard to review a mattress when it has yet to arrive. Just the fact they asked me to review the mattress means they have no idea I don't have it yet. The Shipping company Serta uses lost the first mattress. Had to wait for Serta to manufacture another one. Now the delivery company keeps pushing delivery dates back on us. 2 months now

Have been sleeping on the mattress for about 3 weeks. Me and my partner like different firmnesses. I am a side sleepersnd they are side and back sleeper. We got the medium firm with a pillow top and it comfortable for both of us. JE

I never thought I would like memory foam because it always seemed too firm. It did take me a few sleeps to get used to this mattress, but MAN once I did, it was heaven. I was having the worst back pain with my old bed and found immediate relief with this. It's so comfortable and supportive, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a new bed.

I traded a firm which was very soft- I'd guess medium at most, but the extra firm is perfect for those who prefer a firm bed.

I was beyond excited to receive and review this mattress for Influenster. I was struggling to get good sleep and my mattress was causing me a lot of joint pain. I have never liked firm mattresses before, so I thought I had chosen a medium firmness. When I received the mattress it was very firm. I decided to give it some time. Quickly I noticed I was falling asleep faster and staying asleep. I felt more rested, even as a new mom. Over time the mattress began to soften a little, but still provided a lot of good support. My body and joints don't hurt as much, and I find the cooling technology seems to be working. I am really impressed with this mattress.

Incredibly comfortable and durable. The shipping and delivery was super easy and the guys were super professional and sweet. Normally I'm not a super big fan of spring mattresses but this hybrid feel like a full memory foam mattress. Shockingly didn't take much time at all to adjust as typically it can take a few weeks but after a few days I was good. It's extremely pricey but worth it when you have a good night sleep.

I'm been using this mattress and sleeping on it for a couple of weeks and I'm so happy with it. It's comfortable I would say it's between soft and hard . It's not too soft and not hard. It's a very thick mattress and heavy. I love that the mattress isn't white and so it won't shows stains or anything. I feel like I actually have been getting good sleep since I've been using it. I like that it's not bouncey and its firmness is not too firm. I also like that it's a thicker mattress it added some height to me bed. The next step is getting a nice bed frame.

I received this free to review on Influenster, it has been a blessing for sure. My husband and I both have back issues, he even goes to Dr for his. So comfortable, we selected the medium firmness and we sleep better than we have in a long time, very little movement when we turn over, our prior bed made each other wake up with slightest movement. Now we hardly feel anything and sleep through almost the whole night. I appreciate Influenster allowing me to try out such a fantastic product, forever grateful for their generosity..

We love our new mattress. It's firm, but provides enough cushion. The mattress itself it much heavier than our previous mattress, which probably has to do with all the different layers. We both run hot at night, and we haven't had issues with it being too hot with this mattress. I would definitely recommend a hybrid mattress as it provides comfort and breathability.

The BEST mattress I've ever owned!! I have some back problems and used to always wake up with a stiff lower back but no more! This mattress is firm enough to support my spine but comfortable enough to sleep on in any position (I'm a side/stomach and my fiancee is a back sleeper). I've had it for a few weeks and it seems like it will be extremely durable. I cannot recommend this mattress enough! The only downside is it's so comfortable it is honestly hard to get out of in the morning.

The comfort of these mattress are unbelievable. I am a mom of two my back was hurting so bad until I got this . There so much deport. I feel awake it breathable. All my kids and adults can jump on this mattress super durability.

I got this bed about two weeks ago and can say that it is the comfiest bed I have ever slept on. It is memory foam. It makes my bed look like it is raised up higher, it is very cooling, and doesn't feel too hard. Definitely recommend if you are in the search for a new mattress!

At first, I found it to be quite firm, and I was a bit unsure about its comfort level. However, after a few days of sleeping on it, I noticed a real improvement in my posture, which was a pleasant surprise.
This mattress provides excellent support for both me (around 110 lbs) and my husband (who weighs over 170 lbs). We can sleep peacefully without disturbing each other, even when one of us moves during the night. That has made a big difference in our sleep quality.

Oh, I am in still In shock! I am absolutely grateful for this bed and how come feet is how much it has changed the way I've slept. I felt like I've gotten more sleep. Less tossing and turning. Through the night with Serra mattress I can a good nights sleep all night long

My husband has back issues and he indicates this is excellent balance between comfort and support. Its unique construction combines the hugging sensation of memory foam with the robust support of innerspring coils! We have had comfortable night sleeps since it has arrived.
