This mattress is so comfortable! Perfect amount of softness on the top to support my curves with great firm support beneath. I am just giddy to climb into bed each night. I don't know why I didn't buy a new mattress sooner. I had no idea what I was missing!

I just started sleeping on this mattress and it has a horrible bubble in the middle. This is the cool calming queen mattress. It's a replacement for a different mattress from serta and it only lasted 6 months before the sides started caving in. I will never buy a serta mattress again.

Hard to review a mattress when it has yet to arrive. Just the fact they asked me to review the mattress means they have no idea I don't have it yet. The Shipping company Serta uses lost the first mattress. Had to wait for Serta to manufacture another one. Now the delivery company keeps pushing delivery dates back on us. 2 months now

This bed was put into our guest room and it might be more comfortable than my bed. With the right mattress protector, the mattress is surprisingly cooling and cozy in both hot and cold weather! The mattress has the perfect balance of plushness and support for your body. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress.

The bed is incredibly comfortable. The top is soft like a pillow, but the whole mattress feels firm.
The pattern on it is cool but doesn't really add anything to the performance of it.
This is a perfect choice for back sleepers or those who sleep on their stomach.
Amazing product with an amazing quality feel to it.

I have spent a full month sleeping on this mattress. I love it! I am a bit of a princess and a pea when it comes to mattresses. Most importantly for me, I am a woman who wakes up hot in the middle of the night. Not sweaty but just hot, not in a snuggly way but an uncomfortable way. I have not had that issue at all with this mattress. It conforms and cradles your curves if you are a side sleeper and it is a very tall mattress which I like. For reference, my previous mattress was a tempurpedic so I was worried about it being too soft but while the top is thick and plus, it has plenty of support. Very pleased with this mattress!

This bed is comfortable and not too big or small. It's not lumpy or flat. I get really good sleep with this mattress. It holds its shape, even when it's adjusting to my body. It's has a nice pattern on it and it doesn't leave me feeling too hot or cold.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I can't believe I received a mattress, an extremely comfortable one at that! It adds so much to the room. The height is great & completes the room. The design on the mattress is very intricate. Good support, durability, and comfort. It's soft yet firm. Love this mattress!

My husband and I have been sleeping on this mattress for 3 weeks. Prior to this, we had a queen size pillow top mattress from Crate and Barrel that is very soft. . There was no smell to the mattress when it arrived and we were able to use it right away. We are both side sleepers and noticed that this mattress is slightly firmer than our old one but molds to our body more than our old one, almost like memory foam. I can see it being comfortable for people who also sleep on their back. We have been sleeping on our sides with no problem and have been getting good rest. The mattress is much lighter than our old one and I think I'll be able to turn it on my own. Overall I have no complaints and we will continue to use this mattress in our primary bedroom.

At first I was skeptical to receive a mattress to review however I am truly blown away by the quality and comfortability! I went from total memory foam to this and it has truly made a different in the support on my back!

This is the most comfortable mattress that I've ever owned! I've bought all sorts of toppers in the past to try to make our old mattresses more comfortable but this one has been amazing straight from the box! It didn't need to air out and had zero off gassing smells. I usually feel unsupported on my lower back but this pillow top really fills out your curves and supports everywhere. The floral design is very cute, I do worry that it might pill but haven't had any issues yet.

So excited to have a Serta mattress! This mattress is beyond beautiful and so stinking comfy. The quality of this mattress is unbeatable and you can tell it's a quality mattress just by looking at it. I love that this has a plush top but has enough firmness to keep you sleeping comfortably all night. I also love that it is a cooling mattress and doesn't make you to hot threw out the night. This mattress is amazing! I didn't know how badly I needed a new mattress until I received this one. I had the best nights sleep ever, I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to go for my day! The mattress itself is so comfortable and has just the right amount of firmness. I also like the quilted material of the mattress and the height of it. It is definitely worth the price and I am so happy to have it.
