10/23/2024, and am still evaluating within the 120-day trial. The mattress is well made, but is too soft for my back. A firmer product may be needed.

This bed has not only been amazing for my sleep, but also my back! I love this mattress more than any other mattress I've had my entire life! It is firm, yet soft and comfortable. I like how thick it is, as it really helps support my sleeping posture! I have yet to notice effects from the cooling effect, but I think it's still great!

This mattress is very interesting, and not what I was expecting. I prefer a very soft, pillow top mattress so I ordered the plush. The plush is much firmer than I expected, but you still sink into it like a memory foam. This is still a very comfy mattress, just not what I was expecting from a hybrid mattress. When you sit in the side of the bed, you don't sink into the mattress at all. I have noticed that I do not overheat so that is a plus.

Quality wise, this is a great mattress. I move a lot in my sleep and something my husband always complained about our previous mattress was how much the bed moved whenever I would flip around, causing him to wake up. We haven't noticed this at all with this mattress, I'm guessing because it's a hybrid mattress with coils and foam. I prefer a super plush bed so I can "nest" in it and they're more comfy for side sleepers. We had a pillow top mattress for years that I loved, then switched to a tempurpedic for a year that I hated because it was like sleeping on a rock. This hybrid mattress is in-between plush and firm, it's softer than the tempurpedic but not as plush as a pillow top. I did end up adding a pillow top mattress cover to add a little softness so -1 star for that, but otherwise this mattress is great quality and seems like it will last a long time. Something to note - this mattress is HEAVY!!! My husband is usually able to move a mattress by himself but he struggled with this one. We thought the tempurpedic was heavy, this thing is 10x heavier!

This mattress is very comfortable. I put this in my daughter's room because she recently refuses to sleep unless I'm also sleeping in her bed. Let me tell you so much this has saved my back! I don't feel like the mattress holds heat like some mattresses which is especially great in the summer time. The mattress itself gets 5 stars. My only complaint is that the mattress is very dark so it definitely needed a mattress topper to go with white sheets or the mattress color showed through.

This mattress is amazing! I love the cooling feature, it really does make you feel cooler! The summer months especially leave me hotter at night and this gives me much more comfort. I can imagine once I start menopause this will be a life saver! Another thing I love is the color of the mattress. It's pretty and hides any accidental dirt or stains that may get on it. Lastly this mattress is soft but supportive and that is key in helping me sleeping like a baby.

The Serta Perfect Sleeper Hybrid mattress offers support without being uncomfortable. It seems like it is very durable and the quality I expect from Serta. In regards to temperature regulation, it is middle of summer and I have not woken up hot or sweating since using the mattress, so imagine it works.

Wow… we love this mattress! We've slept in it for two weeks now, and boy am I impressed! The memory foam seriously conforms to your body. I received this product, Serta Perfect Sleeper Kendall Plush mattress in exchange for an honest review. I have tried nany different types and brands from medium firm to plush with memory foam. All those past brands that I tried didnt really give me any impression however, with Serta, it was amazed. I have slept on it for two weeks and my backpain did not even happened once. The medium plush is supportive for my back. The surface sink just enough to cover the shape of your body but still keeps its firmness at the bottom with the springs/coils.

The wait was WAY worth it for this bed! I have not been using this bed for long, about 2-weeks max. It is okay! I find that this bed is definitely harder or much more firm than I am used to. I wouldn't say that this is a bad thing @ this point because it truly hasn't been long.
I will definitely be coming back to update this review if it allows me to. The mattress itself is super pretty but that's not important!
Besides the firmness, I have no complaints at this time. The delivery was incredibly easy to work with!
If you are seeking a firm bed, then definitely try this bed for sure .).

Super soft, the mattress doesn't make any noise . It feels cozy not too warm or too cold. It lives up to its name "plush ", the size is accurate . I know this will make my back and legs feels supported, I don't regret it at all, this is value for support and money .
